Join Lexi & Christina for a YOGA flow & movement practice, full moon ritual, & sound bath, designed to ground you and release old energy.

Held outdoors at Arrowhead Farms, you will immediately be submerged in the elements of nature. Together in our sacred workshop, we will connect with the energy of the Full Moon in Virgo.

Virgo represents the medicine woman, here to share the harvest with the collective, the ability to strive for perfection, yet when fully aligned to remember that each moment is already perfect. Earth energy helps us to ground, to regulate, to root down, and to reach for that which we desire to materialize.

When we experience a full moon, it is inviting us to align with the particular elemental energy and release that which blocks us from it. Through movement and sound, we will invite you to embody where you are and release what’s no longer serving you in this season.

• your yoga mat

• a blanket or towel, large enough for under your yoga mat

• a journal and pen

• a water bottle

• your sun, moon, and rising (ascendant) sign
